General Information

The Department of B.Com. Banking and Insurance (BBI) is a full time Undergraduate program started in the year 2005-06. The intake capacity for the program is 120 seats. It is a specialized undergraduate degree program designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the banking and insurance sectors within the broader field of commerce. The program typically spans three years, divided into six semesters, with each semester focusing on specific subjects related to banking, insurance, finance, and commerce. The curriculum is structured to cover a range of subjects, including financial accounting, banking operations, insurance principles, risk management, investment management, financial markets, and related areas.
